Does anyone know how to remove the animation in the Windows 8.1 login screen where you have to press a key to bypass the wallpaper. For example, before you enter a password, you have to click or press a key to make the lockscreen wallpaper move out of the way so you can enter a password.

The animation has a massive delay and I really want to remove it. Any ideas please?

I want to close a process on a virtual PC. The process is called ABClient, and it's a major pain. I have tried Process Hacker/Explorer, and all sorts of Batch/CMD commands to terminate it but I always receive "access is denied". I have no administer rights, but I can install any program. If anyone has any idea of suggestions, please help me. I've used all terminate options in both Process hacker/explorer that I know of and none have been successful.

I know I shouldn't close this, I know so don't tell me. Please tell me how to stop it.

After buying DayZ, I have found that my frames per second never go above 20, and are usaly around 15, dropping down to 10 in cherno/elecktro. I have also found, that the higher I set my graphics, the better the FPS I get. I have set everything to the highest possible, and I now have the FPS I have written above. However, the game is still juttery and 15 is still so low it's always laggy and unplayable.

I expect, I need to buy some better hardware, but I'm wondering what. I heard that if you set your graphics higher it takes load off your CPU, and my graphics card is pretty good (Nvidia G600) so I think my CPU may be the cause of the lag. I also only have 4 gig of ram, restricted by my motherboard. Can someone tell me what I need please to get the frame rate stable and around 30-60 please?

I've done all these tricks to help the game:

I have just got a few more Arma 2 codes, since my old codes got stolen because I had a TON of viruses on my old PC. Anyway, I've got some new codes, in the normal code format and I was wondering if I could private message anyone so they can convert my code please, or if they have a free online code converter (preferred method) that I could use. Hello! I would really appreciate some help with this!

When I watch videos (occurs in both windows media player and VLC player), my video sometimes just freezes up, where the video will stop playing and the audio and place of the video will continue going. To stop it, I have to keep pausing and playing, moving the place back ten seconds before or so and sometimes closing and opening my video. This is really frustrating for me. At the moment, I am watching videos with the file extension ".avi".

I have ran Malwarebytes and that found several trojans and viruses, I am assuming the may have damaged something. Please can anyone help me out, it may be that's irrelevant, but I think it makes questions easier to answer when as much info is given. Thanks everyone!

I keep getting really scary zombie dreams. Sometimes they chase me and they attack me and I awake just before I die and it still feels like reallity. I dont want to open my eyes incase zombies are there that it is so real. Somtimes thinking of different things help but I still often get them anyway. What can I do?

So I was just wondering if there will ever be an ingame bf3 voice chat. I had this idea. Now we all know how annoying COD voice chat is and stuff like that were you can always hear everyone and things like that but I got a new idea. How about they make it so that when you voice chat people can only hear you if they are close. The further you get the quieter. Then you can discuss plans and sneek up on people and hear them talking. It could be a server tick box: voice chat on or off. I would really love this idea as it would be so realistic and awesome. Also some kind of face importing thing like FIFA 12 has would be great to make the game abit better. If you like this idea please give feedback and also try and repost this in as many places as possible. BF3 forums, Facebook and everything. Thanks.

I downloaded minecraft_server.jar earlier because my mates and I really want some mods on the server. I used winrar to edit it and did all the steps but now I cant run it as a server. I cant find the prgram to make it run. Can someone give me the program location or somthing please! Thanks alot!
