The thing will be short, and it will be shot indoors so weather/wind will not be an issue. There's a fair amount of dialogue, so I know I need some sort of shotgun, or directional mic. I would like some specifics, though - what works best with the DSLRs?

Also, I've considered separating the audio from the video by plugging the mic into a digital recording device. If I were to go that route, what would I need exactly?

If I took a 20mg Oxycontin at about 12:15 this afternoon, would it be pretty safe for me to go out to the bars at say like, 7 or 8 tonight? The bottle says take 1 pill every 4-6 hours so I assume by then it should be out of my system, but I know Oxycontin is a time release drug.

I have a bunch of friends who are big into hunting and are on the trap team at my school. I've gone out with them a couple of times shooting and hunting and really loved the experience. I'm really interested in getting my own gun and joining them more often. However, I don't know much about shotguns in terms of the best deals brands, makes and models. I live in the midwest and we've had a pretty good warm stretch. The water temps are nearing 60 degrees if they're not all ready there. Now I'm a pretty experienced fisherman but I usually do most of my fishing in the summer months. I'm not all to confident in my knowledge of spawning bass. Lately I've been observing the fish (bass) meandering about the shallow moss beds and It's obvious the spawn has begun. I'm just curious as to techniques used in catching these guys... What lure types trigger the best? Any tips about spawning bass will help. Thanks.

I'm a fairly experienced angler but don't keep up on the seasonal fish schedules and things like that too much. To my experience, May has produced the best fishing results for largemouth bass, catfish and northern pike. How are the earlier spring months in terms of quality fishing for the midwest? In a couple of summers my friends and I are seriously considering taking a couple weeks and taking some boats from the Mizzou river all the way down to New Orleans. Stopping to camp at night. From what I hear there isn't much trouble with dams an stuff past St. Louis, but my main question is how dangerous would it be to go in like 15 or 17 foot fishing boats? How long would it take? And what licenses and or important notes and hints should we know about before we go? Basically any info would be much appreciated, thanks!

I'm writing a suspense/horror/thriller, whatever you wanna call it, zombie story. Now, don't be alarmed, it's not going to be as generic as you might think. Anyways, I was hoping that some people could read and tell me what they think, constructive criticism- anything. I've been fishing seriously for several years now and have found great success at some very reliable lakes and reservoirs but lately things seem down. I'm using all the same tactics and gear that I have been and have found tremendous success on and have been fishing the same areas that I know for a fact are top notch. But this spring so far things have been terrible on the water. I have caught 1 decent fish in 10+ trips so i guess what I'm asking is-- is the fishing down this year for anybody else?? How's everybody doing because I'm getting pretty worried and even more frustrated.

When I say line, i mean strength. Now, I fish for bass quite frequently and occasionally catch some channel cats. But I plan on heading up north this summer for some pike fishing. I heard at the lakes I'm going to that they can get up to 25 lbs but average is about 5 -10 lbs. I need to get my rod re-lined anyways so what would be a good lb test to put on that won't be to heavy for small fish and not to light for the possible big guys . ( I have 12 lb on now and think i might need more ). Thanks

I'm not super familiar with which companies put out the best products so I need some help. I like Abu Garcia and Berkley, but, I want to get something good, BUT, I don't want to pay a fortune for it. I live in the midwest and now that we're nearing March, that doesn't mean much to me in terms of weather, its still winter here. Anyways, I love to fish and am close to a couple lakes, they provide great summer fishing but I'm not very experienced in winter fishing, Any good tips with what to use, and strategies to catch fish? The lake is not frozen anymore but its still around 40 degrees? I really feel like fishing. Any good strategies would be helpful.

I feel like I want to write some kind of book or short story. I've got all these ideas in my head but none of them fit to gather right and when I try they all seem stupid, boring, or juvenile. Firstly, the Dark Knight was one of the best movies i've ever seen. It was simply fantastic and Heath Ledger did an amazing job as the joker. Its sad that he wont be able to play him in the next film.

So with all of the cash flowing form the dark knight I think its safe to say that there will be another batman with Christian Bale. I'm curious as to which villan(s) will be in it. My guess would be the Riddler and the Black Mask. I even read that the Black Mask was supposed to be in the Dark Knight until they cut him at the last minute. What do you think? which villans and who would play them? I think Johnny Depp or Ethan Hawke would make a pretty good riddler.

I would really like to start fishing for big catfish on a local lake. I know they are out there. Any really good tips
