i used to be overweight and i lost 57 pounds in 6 month in a healthy way ( hard intense workout everyday 45 min plus protein diet and no carbs at all and i was so happy and proud of myself everyone compliment me i still haven't reached my goal i still got 9 more pounds to lose but lately i stopped going to the gym and kinda back to eating bread and pasta and after i eat these type of food i start panicking and terrified that i will gain the weight back so i go and purge and i always tell myself its the last time and i will go back to gym but never happens I've been like that for almost 4 month

my question is could this be a sign of bulimia or is it stress and panic ?

so am currently 13 weeks and 4 days pregnant since 4 days ago i started feeling baby moving kinda feels like a very weak kick

this is my second pregnancy with my son i felt the first move around 15 weeks but this time is around 13 weeks is that possible or is it just my organs ??

am 13 weeks pregnant i have a 18 month old boy who loves to play all the time

he was jumping and landed on my stomach i screamed

now am freaking out can the baby be harmed my stomach kinda hurts me

My baby is 4 month and 1 week , i started giving him carrots and he loved it then the next 4 days i tried sweet potato he didnt like it then i gave him squash and he loved it

The thing is i dont breast feed , my babys takes neocate as formula because he has sever cows milk allergey and as u know neocate taste horrible , the reason why i gave him solid this early is because he used to drink 45 ounce a day and it dropped to 25 ounce cause he hates the taste of it

So mu question is when i give him squash he wants more to the point that i give him a whole bottle of squash now i stopped giving him cause am scared its too much. I still try to give him formula as much as he can take , so my question is how much is he supposed to take solid food per day

so my doctor prescribed me yaz but a friend of mine told me its horrible and makes you gain weight and it mess up your cycle and it gets very hard to get pregnant after stopping it

so i want to know whats the best birth control that doesnt mess up your body system

ok so i had a c section 3 month ago with my baby and i gave birth on the 22 of nov 2011 i got my period on 29 of dec 2011 and then on 28 of jan 2012 so my cycle is usually 30-31 days

now its the 1st of march and i havent got my period yet i was so nervous i took a test and it came back negative so whats going on ? any idea

hello everyone am kinda new in this but i need some suggestion's and advice's so my baby is now 10 weeks i couldnt breatfeed him so i put him on similac advanced but ever since he would vomit really bad and diarreah all the time so my doctor put him on alemintum there was no more vomiting but still blood in stool finally he put him on neocate there was no more blood for a good 4 weeks but its been 2 days am notiving little tiny bright red blood in the stool its very tiny and little mucousy i dont know whats going on but lately he spits alot and chokes little with every feeding and his legs are always pulled up to his tunny i dont know whats going on ,, any suggestion please thx

i had a c-section 4 days ago and in the future am planning to get pregnant again but not for atleast 2 years or something my question is what are my chances of getting pregnant again

cause i know that in c-section they cut your womb and you end up having a scar uterus

am sooo depressed and terrfied

am almost 39 week pregnant its been a week i have this strange pain under my left breast bone i guess its my upper left rib cage and it hurts when i take a deep breath,and some times it doesnt hurt at all , i guess it hurts when am on a certain postion it feels like burning sensation and am very worried i asked my doctor the other day she told me if it gets worse go to ER

but she never explained to me what could that be

please any advice am very worried am going to see my doctor tomorrow but i just want any advice

am 38 week and i went out today shopping i start having this back pain i think its from walking

so i went back home and i noticed this thick discharge it was alot

it was kinda light milky yellowish but i have never released this large amount of discharge it kinda looked wierd could that be my mucus plug? or is it normal discharge that we get during pregnancy ?

i am 37 week and 5 days pregnant

today i have been out all day walking around and when i got back home

i noticed my both ankle are kinda swollen but my left one is more swollen than the right one

am little concerned so i wanted to make sure if you guys think thats normal ?

they are not red and not itchy its just swollen am gonna see my doctor this friday so i will bring it up to her but for now any advice please ? thank you

am 35 week pregnant and my baby kicks soooo hard that it sometimes hurts

he kicks everywhere

up , left , right and the hardest part is when he kicks inside to my bladder or pelvic bone it hurts alot

my question is could my stomach rupture from him kicking that hard ? or is this normal and a good sign ? i have my gyno appointment next wednesday and am going to ask her

also his head supposed to be down by now

last 3 weeks the hospital told me he was breech from an ultrasound

then the 2 weeks later the doctor told me the head is down also from an ultrasound

then last week the nurse felt my stomach and told me looks like the head is up again but not from an ultrasound

this baby boy is driving me crazy

have any of you Mommy's had the same experience ?

i had my 32 week ultrasound done yesterday but the technician told me there is a problem

and that's my baby head is still up and he didn't turn yet and that there is a big possibility that i might have a c-section am very very scared and nervous

is there anyway the baby can change position ? cause the technician sounded very serious that this is a big problem , please any advice oh what to do to have this baby turn around

am soo upset i did a horrible mistake as i was searching in the internet i found that eating liver is harmful during pregnancy i never knew that ,am 33 week pregnant through my whole pregnancy i have been eating liver at least 3-4 times a month and i know that's alot but i don't know what to do now i feel guilty but i never knew that liver could harm my baby from what i know is that liver is a good source of iron but i never knew it had lots of vitamin a that could harm the baby :( , according to ultrasounds and blood and urine test everything seems fine but now am very worried , have anyone been throught the same thing ?? any advices

hello everyone , am 33 week pregnant i ordered this breast pump called (Madella breast Pump in style advanced) but its used not brand new

so i wanted to know as for the parts of it that i need to sterilize , how do i sterilize it and is it worth it for me to just clean them and sterilize them or should i buy new parts , what do u suggest ?? thank you

am 27 weeks and 3 days pregnant , about three days ago i noticed my underwear was soaked and wet and i started to panic then i realized that i was leaking i called the hospital and they told me to come over to check me , they swaped me 3 times and it came back negative and they did an ultrasound and told me that my amniotic fluid looks excellent

so and they kept me in the hospital for 3 days monitoring the baby heart beat and swapping me everyday but they said everything seems fine

but what i don't understand is why am i leaking?? and what is that fluid??

its not urine and i don't know what could that be

does anyone have any idea?? thank you
