Recently, my life has started to get really busy. I have alot going on, both professionally and personally. Here's a run-down:

1. The company I work for is directly related to the retail industry. The next few months are going to be very busy. I have already put in overtime the past two weeks.

2. Holidays get very busy, with family, friends, holiday parties, travel, etc.

3. I am in the process of moving. Enough said there.

I realize everyone has lots going on this time of year, but I don't want things to get out of hand. I have bipolar II, so I really need to keep an eye on my moods. Routine and rest are very important for me to keep. These two things are being disrupted. My work schedule has strayed from the normal routine and my down time hasn't been as restful as it should be. I've also been beating myself up a bit for procrastinating on the move.

Any suggestions on how I can find a balance between work, family, holidays and rest?
