I live in Suffolk County, Long Island, NY. The manhole is about 4-feet from the fence. I also happen to have 2 handholes (cable) in my front yard but I believe the town has rights to the first several feet of anyone s front yard.

You get a gold star every year you're a captain but there's only room for 4. Do they have to change the patch for a 5th year captain? Like say Peyton Manning when he starts the 2011-12 season?
