How much would a 6 month old heifer cost? Not including the necessities to care for it, just the cow in general.

Our animal shelter has the dogs going cheap, please help, I want to convince my parents to get me a dog! I've tried convincing them before, but I need better advice! Thanks to whoever answers! :)

I'd like a dog of my own. We have a family dog, but 1, it's not the same because he can't come with me when I move out, 2, he seems lonely. How can I convince my parents to get a new dog? I could make a PowerPoint to persuade them, but I have already tried that before....we made a deal that I could get a new rabbit breed for my birthday, could asking to get a dog instead be too much..? How could I convince them this time?

I am not new to owning rabbits, I have owned several different breeds. I currently own holland lops, but am trying to sell them. For my birthday, I am going to get a new breed. I know there are not many breeders that sell around now, but like I said, it's for my birthday. If anyone has any local rabbit breeders they know in Southern Indiana, it would be very helpful. We will not go up closer to central indiana, because we live closer to Kentucky, and it would be too long of a drive. My plan is to get a Dutch, Mini Satin, or French Lop, so if someone could give me advice as to which breed would be easiest to get also, that would be awesome. Thanks to anyone who answers :)
