Being someone who has sat and put a lot of serious thought into every tattoo I've ever gotten (I have three large custom pieces and a smaller one) I'm really thinking I want to go out and just get a few meaningless tattoos. I mean they would be tasteful and it's not as if I'm going to be getting them where everyone can see them (well except for I do want to get my wrist done).

Has anyone else who took time to think every tattoo out done the same thing? Just gone out and gotten a tattoo because you can?

I'm just finding it odd that so many people seem to not know the proper aftercare instructions to follow. It makes me wonder if the shops aren't giving the info or if people just are not paying attention to what their artist is telling them.

Every shop I've ever been to gave me an aftercare instruction sheet. I guess I am asking if everyone else gets these sheets too? Was just curious.

A group of friends and I are hitting DC in June and I thought I'd ask if there wasn't a nice, casual place where we could go dance and such?
