  • Can't feel happy about anything.?

    Do you ever feel like nothing could bring you enjoyment? Not depressed, just kind of numb? It's not a feeling of depression, I just don't want to do anything and feel like nothing could make me happy. If so, what do you and was it just a phase? I believe this is called anhedonia, It just makes me want to get messed up on some substance just to feel differently. Experiences?
