  • What type of lawyer do I need?

    I have an aunt that recently passed away. She left a will

    And in her will she made my dad responsible of her son and makes decisions for anything that needs to be done for him. He now is 19 years old. The thing here is the he is mentally incapable.

    In her will she left houses for her son in Mexico(the mentally incapable one) Those properties are going to be taken away if they don’t pay up money that’s owed. The thing here is that my aunts older children got to her bank account and took away every cent that was in there..

    More than half of the money that was in that account belongs to her son that is mentally incapable... is there anything my dad can do to get him back the money the other family memebers took away ? My dad wants to get that money back so the property doesn’t get taken away.

  • my dads hers are swollen please help !?

    So my dad ia 54 years old and he has had problems with both his eard in the past , he actually had operations done to both ears !

    But he recently got sick with coughing and runny nose . And the swelling of the ears came along with all that ...

    The swell up little by little he can hardly hear now .

    He has taken medication but nothing seems to help .....

    Is there any good hom3 remedies you guys can recomend ?

    So he has something in his nose I dont know what it is, my dad tells me to stick something in there .
