I have 2 gold fish in a 10 gal tank. The PH is always a little low but otherwise the chemicals are nicely balanced. One time a black mold started to appear on the decorations & gravel. I regularly clean the complete tank but the water remains cloudy. What am I doing wrong? The fish appear healthy.
