I have seen ISO13920, but I can't understand the table. Is there an idiots guide somewhere?

I uploaded my CV to 3 on-line sites 2 years ago. I removed my CV's and closed my accounts after successfully getting a job. I am still being contacted by various recruitment agencies regarding potential employment. They must have downloaded my CV and have it on their own computers... Are they within the law? and How do I get myself removed from the agencies databases?

I Live 150 miles away from Liverpool these days and I haven't seen them play in years. I was thinking of taking my son in law for a day out including seeing the match.

I have asked a question and got a few answers but now I would like to choose one as the best answer and mark the question as resolved. how do I do that? (and also I would like to comment on the answer)

My son works at a pizza Hut Restaurant. Sometimes when he turns up for his shift at his appointed time (He works part time) and they are not very busy he is told to wait in the staffroom for up to 3 hours to start work. He does not get paid for this time. (this happens to others too by the way). Is this legal? Can anyone advise me of his rights to be paid for the time he spends at work even if he is not working?
