  • My parakeet is not singing. He just sleeps. any ideas?

    We went on vacation and my mom took care of my parakeet. we had him for about 2 years. he hasnt talked or whistled or any of that sstuff. he just sleeps. we let im fly around. He use to love mirriors. now when he sees a mirror he is not interested. I miss him singing and talking. His behind was looking gross. looked like his poop was building up and now it looks way better. My dad called Petsmart and they said he got sick because of the heat. They said just to watch him and make sure it doesnt get worse. I was thinking that maybe he got depressed while we were away. any ideas of what to do to make him sing again.
