Next week's rankings?
I saw that Murray is not playing Rotterdam and he is the defending champion. Will he drop to #4 since he isn't playing? Nadal was the runner up and he's not playing as well. So If my math is correct Nadal will move up to #3 since he is only losing 300 points.
Murray 7,800 next week 7,300 (-500)
Nadal 7,670 next week 7,370 (-300)
1 AnswerTennis1 decade agoI need help guys!!! Dog snapped at my dog.?
I just came back from walking my Samoyed and along the way, another dog owner was walking his dog. My Samoyed is extremely friendly and she likes to "meet" new dogs, well when she went to meet this other dog. The dog barked at her, and I noticed that she had 4 small scrapes on the black part of her nose. The dog bit her and scraped her. What should I do? This area is hard to keep clean since now she keeps licking her nose where the scrapes are. They aren't bleeding, but I can see red in them. She has been vaccinated for rabies, so is this going to heal on its own or should I take her to the vet? I feel bad for her, what should I do?
12 AnswersDogs1 decade agoIt's not looking good?
Nadal fans, I honestly will say that it is not looking good. After reading this article it has given me many doubts about Rafa's return. Personally I would rather have him rest and rehabilitate for the rest of the year and come back in 2010 to defend his Australian Open title.
4 AnswersTennis1 decade agoDo you like the new roof at Wimbledon?
I think the roof looks amazing, specially at night. Watching the Murray-Wawrinka match at night is pretty exciting. Hopefully in the future they will allow for night time matches.
4 AnswersTennis1 decade agoDid you think the final was a joke?
Seriously they should have just given Federer the damn trophy after Soderling's atrocious first set. I was afraid this was going to happen today and it did, Soderling played great throughout the tournament but today he played like the guy who got creamed by Nadal and Federer a month ago in Rome and Madrid. Federer would have truly deserved Roland Garros if he took out the clay king himself, just like Nadal took out the grass king at Wimbledon last year. All in all this final and this tournament was ughh.
11 AnswersTennis1 decade agoSo it really wasn't a fluke?
At first I thought Soderling beating Nadal must have been a fluke and the guy was just having a good day. After seeing him defeat Davydenko so easily I see that this guy has potential to win Roland Garros. If he is able to sustain the same level of play he has shown in the last two rounds he may very well deny Federer a Roland Garros title (which would be awesome).
5 AnswersTennis1 decade agoWho else has lost interest in Roland Garros?
After Nadal's loss at Roland Garros, I honestly don't see the need of watching it since I know who the winner will be (Federer obviously). IMO Federer has made tennis boring in the last 4 years with his domination of the sport. It would definitely be a nice surprise if he ends up losing. Hopefully Rafa hasn't lost any of his cofidence going in to Wimbledon and he is able to defend his title there.
18 AnswersTennis1 decade agoIs this walking routine ok?
My three year old Samoyed's previous owner walked her one time everyday. I've been reading about Samoyeds and they seem to be very active dogs. So what I've been doing ever since I got her is taking her out on walks three times a day. Normally they run about 20-30 minutes and include jogging. Should I be doing more? or is this ok? She seems to love going out for walks so I think I must be doing something right.
4 AnswersDogs1 decade agoHow should a normal Samoyed act?
I just want to know how Samoyeds act, like how do they normally behave, breathing, agility and all that. What are signs of an unhealthy Samoyed?
2 AnswersDogs1 decade agoIs OK to feed Thilapia to a dog?
I think I misspelled it, but it's a type of fish. Is it OK to feed either raw or cooked? If its is, how should I cook it?
6 AnswersDogs1 decade agoDo Samoyeds pant a lot?
We just got a 3 year old Samoyed and we've noticed that she pants a lot. Her previous owner gave us her medical records and she's had all of her shots. Should I be worried?
3 AnswersDogs1 decade agoFederer becoming more vulnerable?
Federer's match against Murray really shows how vulnerable he is to players who have beaten him in the past. In the third set alone, Federer made 26 errors. I feel like he isn't able to close these matches anymore. Does anybody believe that with the way he is playing, Federer will be able to tie or surpass Sampras? I honestly don't think so, I feel like Murray is getting into Federer's head. Nadal is already in his head, I think that as long as Murray and Nadal are around. Federer won't be able to tie Sampras.
