Is there a website where I can really get free ringback tones? I've been looking online and every site I've found wants me to pay a monthly fee. I don't mind paying for the tones I get, I just want to know if there is a way I can download a ringback and just pay for it once instead of a monthly/yearly fee.

I am looking for a puppy to buy. I travel back and forth between two houses a lot so I want something small. I need a dog I can easily take along with me and one that doesn't need a lot of living space. I would prefer one that doesn't shed, but that's not required. Friendly and easy to train is a plus. Does anyone have any suggestions for which breed would be the best for me?
