  • Why do I eat so much?

Hello I am 16 year old girl and I am always hungry!

I am at a healthy weight and live a rather healthy lifestyle with exercise and healthy food.

    yet I am always hungry!

I'll eat a big breakfast with oatmeal and toast, around 10 I am hungry and have a toast and a fruit, then lunch, then snack again with a fruit ( I enjoy nuts or raw bars), then second snack which usually is a rather large smoothie, then dinner and then evening snack!

I work around 5-6 hours and I do walk allot there, I checked once and it depends but around 3-7 km. I also bicycle to and from work which is about 5 km there and 5 km back.

I also walk with my dog a couple times a day and as I walk about the same path every day. Around 6 km there.

Because of an injury I am not allowed to exercise but it will be cured in 1-2 months :)

Anyway I eat SO MUCH compared to my friends and I just wondered why I am always hungry? Like I still want to eat after all this food today!

  • Feeling sick at the sight of candy?

I have an eating disorder but I am recovering just fyi

Every time I have allowed myself to eat candy I've always eaten a bit too much so I felt a bit sick afterwards. I only did this from time to time and it almost always ended the same way.

Now everything chocolaty making me feel sick, just imagining the too sweet taste has me feeling sick. Other candies, chips and ice cream don't even tempt me anymore!

I find this rather annoying because I want to be able to eat them again like a normal person, I am recovering and I know the only way to be 100% recovered is eating them but I don't even want them!

Maybe I am ranting? Most people wouldn't even see this a problem but I just want to understand myself oddly enough... help?

    thank you so much :)

  • why did I feel like fainting while running?

I went running today. Normally I run at in the morning without food in my stomach, and it goes well. I was able to do 5 k in 32 minutes pushing myself hard.

Today I ate breakfast before running, I waited 2 hours before so I wouldn't get stomach ache or puke (I am very sensitive with food and running).

I was aiming for 5 k in 30 minutes. There was 2-3 min left and about 500 meters left. I could have made it. But I couldn't breath, I believed I was going to faint.

I had to step of the treadmill and go get a banana because my head was spinning furiously! I still had problems after, now my calves burn like heck when I walk and I still feel a bit dizzy when I walk.

I would love to know why this happened so I can avoid it? And what should I do from here?

  • Make up ideas for picture?

So it is time to take pictures for the school thingy and i would love some ideas.

I want something that looks natural but enhances my natural features.

I have dark blue eyes that shift to grey, pretty pale skin and a very dark brown hair with some bronze parts as I painted it red but it started to fade but with the sun it bleached it bronze- ish.

On a normal school day I just use moisturizer, this oil thing to leghten and thicken the eye lashes instead of mascara and natural lip balm.

I want to look pretty but still like me, thank you :)

  • What would be my activity level?

I am trying to find out about how many calories I need to find out how much I need food wise and I am not entirely sure what to put in the activity level!

So I bicycle to school back and forth which is 4.5 km and it takes about 15 minutes so 30 minutes daily.

I then spend the day running up and down the buildings of my school.

On Monday's I have PE, I believe we are going running this time and it will be 2-5 km.

On Tuesday's I have 1 hour horse riding

On Wednesday I go to the gym and lift weights

On Thursday I run from 2.5 to 5 km

Friday it is PE again and they always find a way to press us harder and harder

    Saturdays gym

    Sundays running

I also like swimming, dancing, aerobics, yoga, kick boxing and much, much more so I do change it up every now and then!

  • Help me loose weight healthfully for once!?!?

So I have an eating disorder. I am a bit confused of what I have as I have been told to have diffent things by different doctors but all eating disorders never the less.

I am the restricting type, I like (love) controlling my calories, exercising and loosing weight.

Right now I am 165.5 in height and weigh 59.5 kg about, it tends to vary between 59 to 60 so. And been in recovery for a while.

Right now I am not happy with my body and want to change it. I want to loose weight but the only way I know how to do that is by severy calorie restriction and starvation which I know isn't healthy at all.

But I want to loose some weight, be fit, have energy and feel good about myself.

What I normally eat is this

Breakfast: a warm cup of almond milk with cinnamon

Lunch: often salad with bread or nothing depending

Dinner: depends on my family. Today it was a pretty big salad with tomato, spinach, shrimp, bell pepper, corn, pine apple and 3 corn tortilla.

My exercise depends allot too on allot. Mostly I exercise 3 times a week with the gym but I've been wanting to change it up and do a bit of everything like dancing and such. But yeah I love kick boxing, strength training, dancing, horse riding swimming, aerobics and yoga.

So I horse ride once a week, swim once a week and try to mix it up between the gym, kick boxing and dancing because I am only allowed to exercise three times a week. But I can do more as long as it is not enough to get me all sweaty and such, so walking and such is allowed

I also bycickle to school almost every day, it is 4.5 kilometers and takes about 15 minutes so 30 min in total maybe 3-5 times a week

Could you please help me get like the exercise and food part right so I could for once to this healthfully! No calorie counting or anything thought..

  • Any ideas of training and food intake for my goals?

    Hello there!

I am a 16 year old girl who would love some fitness and health advice!

I am 166 cm tall and weigh 60 kg, I know this is a normal height for me but I would like to loose a couple of kg. I believe maybe 57-55 kg would be enough, if any other weigh for me seems better please do tell!

Right now I go to the gym 3 times a week, bicycle to school which is 2-4 km away every other day depending if it rains and it does rain allot..... This week two times out of 5 hehe.. I am trying to give that a better try though!

I don't know about my eating habits are good or not though. I thought I would write what I have eaten today so you might have an idea of what I eat normally.

Breakfast: a glass of almond milk with cinnamon

Lunch: a pretty big portion of mixed veggies and a thick slice of bread with lactose free butter

    Snack: a green apple

Dinner: vegetarian home made meat pads with shredded carrots, cabbage and quorn that looks like minced meat. Some cabbage and carrot salad and brown rice.

And I have this weird love for tea and water so I drink allot of it...

Oh and by the way I have a cooper test coming up in two or three weeks, I'd love to ace it! It is 2 km and doing it in 10 minutes, I believe I did it in 11 or 12 minutes last time so getting better would be awesome!!!!!

I would love some kind of idea of food portions, what to eat, when to eat. Like a daily food schedule or something.

Also a training schedule is great.

My sister had an Eating disorder so counting calories and such are forbidden in my family, I just want to loose some weight and be healthy without getting people worried and such.

    Thank you so much!
