How do I get resume templates for Microsoft Word?
I found a nice resume template at

but I'm having trouble downloading it. I have a PC and a mac but only have Word 2004 which I think is the trouble.
Can anybody download and send me a copy in a 2004 readable format? Or give me some advice on how to download this?

From a natural traffic point of view, it seems that putting up promotional videos on YouTube seems like the way to go.
Am I giving up something in SEO by hosting and/or promoting the video hosted there as opposed to my site?
