How much would this tattoo cost and hurt?
it would be on my rib cage just under my left boob. it would be horizontal and like 2 inches long probably and all black. i am skinny and have a pretty low pain threshold. i got my belly button pierced last year and i didnt think it hurt that much. i live in california so how much would it cost if i wanted to get it done at a good place?
