I was planning this for years and just when I'm ready to go, I get news of tension between North Korea and other nations. I heard that they recommend the evacuation of foreigners from South Korea ( from news sites ) but nothing about Japan, except that they are preparing for any missile attacks.

I have grandparents who doesn't wan't me to go and a worried uncle that says that they are evacuating foreigners from Japan.

So basically I think it's alright to go, but anyone have any opinions on this? It's a one year study program, and possibly could be longer.

- Also I'm not worried about the power plant or earthquake issues people have with Japan.

I will going to school in Japan for 3-months in the summer and they told me that ATMs over there and such allows me to use it, but I just really want feedback on people who actually did have experiences with doing so. I heard that there is a 3% fee using it overseas and I just want to ask to see that TCF actually works in Japan and what or how much might the fee be? Thanks

When exercising, especially during running, my body begins to itch and I would scratch it while running. It is usually around the stomach/abdominal area and sometimes in my scalp when doing push ups.

If it does, than also will it give support if I am planning on studying at a language school for the first year or two. Thanks

Are there any Programs/Scholarships, and or Financial Aid that will help with learning Japanese at one of their institutions in Japan. I have been looking forward to this for a while but money seems to be the problem, like in almost all situations. If not any aid, then are there any loan programs available?

My plan is - Language School for 1 to 2 years - Transfer to Universtiy over there and continue with education.

Yep, this problem was my fault. At first I was dumb enough to place the SD card in the wrong slot wich wounded up in the disc slot. I used a paper clip at first and tried to take it out, which ended up having me pull hard on something, which I had thought might be the SD card (also resulting in maybe a few scratches inside it). I found a better way to take it out by using paper, and it was successful. BUT the problem starts here when I tried inserting a disc in and it just won't go in even at all. Did I pull out something? And is this a problem that i should let professionals fix?

I have a tablet and all, and want to get started on this but every tutorial I come across never explains what sort of brushes, opacity levels, or any other info. They just seem to be painting freely, calling it a tutorial at the end. So my question is that is there any good tutorial or information on how to do this correctly?

For a contact on the iPhone 3G, instead of choosing an existing photo, i chose to take a photo. That photo is only stored in the iPhone's contacts and i want it either in my photo gallery or simply take it out and put it on my computer, how do i do that?

I'm trying to build a home studio and i was wondering whether I should mic a guitar amp or buy like a POD and record directly into computer using the pod's tones. Which one sounds more like something you would hear from professional songs or studio quality.

Or do they use effects on the tones to get that studio quality sound?

I'm thinking about purchasing one or the other and I want to know which computer would be best for my home recording studio. I never played games on the computer before since all of my previous computers cant handle games, so alienware would be nice, but im focusing more on recording music.

Is it necessary to have a studio rack with all of the limiters/compressors/and stuff, or can I just use software vst and have it just as good?
