  • My new HP computer says Factory_Image full, but I don't have anything saved in it. Why?

    I just recently downloaded alot of info from my old computer onto my new HP. I used a data transfer cord and after that the note that Factory_Image is full pops up. I checked the D: drive and it only has two files in it "Recovery and System Restore" I tried to open the files to see what I could get rid of and I just get warnings about "Do not delete these files.

    Should I just ignore everything or is there something I can do? Should I just format my D: drive or something?
