I'm 20, and going to a 21st birthday on saturday (I'm panning on getting next day delivery) It's at a venue but then we might be going into town afterwards, I'm not sure.. anyway, any suggestions on what might suit me? My hair is slightly lighter then in the picture below, and my eyes are actually a very bright blue (the lighting makes them look much darker)

I've walked about 15,000 steps today (my iPod had a pedometer) and I don't feel like it was enough.. I did a few weighted squats, dead lifts, donkey kicks etc but I don't feel like it was enough. I've struggled with an eating disorder in the past, both consuming food and over exercising.. I used to have to do 10,000 steps a day but I'd eat less than probably 600 calories. Now I have to do the walking, and another exercise routine on top of that with weights.. but I do eat a lot more (a vegan diet; 3 meals, 2 snacks normally) I feel so distressed when I don't do the workouts, I feel huge and than I'm gaining fat and not muscle :(
The question is how can I stop the eating disorder behaviors and obsessing over exercise

I've been told i'm like a twig before, and granted I did use to suffer from anorexia and bulimia but I'm a healthy weight now and still get told how 'skinny' I am.. I just don't see it and it makes me feel worse about my body.

And what's your activity level/exercise regime? I've struggled with an eating disorder for years and I've been actively trying to get better for the past two years but I still get a lot of urges and unsure if I'm eating enough because I do get tired throughout the day but I don't know if it's because of lack of calories or something else.
I'm vegan so eat a wide volume of foods, my staples being quinoa, fruits, vegetables, lentils, beans, and hummus. I'm 20, 5 ft 3 and weigh about 110 lbs. I exercise daily using YouTube channel which cover both weighted and body weight/cardio workouts.. I used to do a fair amount of walking daily (about 3 hours, but this is going to be changing due to my new job, however I'll be doing more standing, serving and cleaning so probably equally tiring.
Sorry for the bloating.. it was when I use to consume wheat and gluten but I don't eat that anymore :)
