I just started a job, so I need to have open availability, but I need extra income, how do I get a 2nd job with an already existing full-time open availability job?

I am a massage therapist. I have been getting the runaround about this question. I want to go into business for myself. Do I need to get Liability insurance, or can I make my own forms up with clients signatures? If that is the case, do they have to be legalized by an attorney to prevent a lawsuit?

If there is any Massage Therapists in Tucson that has been in the business a while please help! Can you work per hour anywhere or does it have to be per massage and where. I worked somewhere where it was per massage and I honestly like a set income.

I am just out of school and I was excited to get a job. Little did I know the job is commission based, which they didn't tell me. I don't mind advertising, but I prefer an hourly rate and not having to deal with paying my taxes differently, are all massage jobs commission based?

I applied for a massage therapy position and I had to sit on the bed to apply more pressure to her leg and she said that I shouldn't sit on the bed because it only holds 400 lbs and she said she only weighed 100 lbs. I am overweight and not 300 lbs, but even if I was, isn't that type of comment considered discrimination?

My parents have been divorced for about 10 years now. About 6 years ago, I moved to a different state to be closer to my Mom(under my Dad and step- mother's suggestion). I have noticed that my Dad has become closer to my step-sister than me. My Dad and I have a rough past and it seems like he has more in common with her. There is a huge wedding picture of her and her husband and a very little one like a 3x3 picture of me and my husband. At my grandfather's funeral I was sitting right next to my Dad and she was right behind him and he introduced her to some relatives we both didn't know and 10 minutes later said oh yeah and this is my youngest daughter. I am not sure if my older sister feels the same, but it's heartbreaking for me. Am I overreacting and if not how do I cope with it? Please help!

I just lost my Grandfather and I really don't know how to cope. I have lost other people in my life, but I never prepared for this. I know you can never prepare for it, but how can you help with the grieving? please tell me so I can get through this.

I ended a 5 year friendship with my best friend with an email. I just couldn't do it face to face, at least I felt. I guess I was scared. I know that sounds mean, I just couldn't take it anymore. There were alot of issues involved. She slept with my cousins man, she claimed she got raped by him, when infact she drove to thier house while my cousin was in the hospitol. She trys to start fights with me and my Husband, becuase she enjoys drama, talks crap about my cousin, hates life, is controling, needy, and obviously drove me CRAZY!I wanted to be a true friend, I just couldn't take it anymore. Please tell me am I a b**** because I need freedom? sorry so long(like I said alot of issues)

I just ended a 5 year friendship with my best-friend. It has been something I have been wanting to do for the past few monthes, I just kept putting it off. She is an attention seeker, hates life, likes to make people miserable to entertain herself, because she loves the drama. That's just a few of the issues. She has been a good friend to me, I just couldn't handle how she changed as a person, so I broke off the friendship. But now I feel really bad. I don't like hurting people and she already has enough going on. Will I get over this and was it the right thing to do?

There is alot of issues involved for why I don't want to be her friend anymore. I don't want to bore you with the details. To make a long story short. If you want to be someone's friend and don't at the same time how can you decide what's the best thing to do?

I have been friends with this girl for about 5 years. She is my best friend so I don't know how to hurt her feelings, but I can't take her issues. Here are her main issues:

She doesn't have a boyfriend or other friends or a job, so she is really needy. We get together once a week, but in her mind that's not enough. I don't have kids, but it gets old. She has social anxiety so she doesn't leave her house. She says she is bisexual, which is not really a problem but I have caught her checking me out. She is always miserable or is an attention seeker. She is a self injurer( not suicidal) just cuts herself. She also seems to like to stir up drama, even though I don't have proof of that, but it's almost obvious. She always seems to encourage my Husband and I to argue. She as you can tell by this huge list, she has some issues. How do I tell her I can't take it anymore in the nicest way possible?

My best friend seems to have alot of issues and I don't know how to end the friendship or if I should. A long time ago she slept with a girl's man before that girl got married to that man. I knew the girl and I told my friend either tell her or I will. My friend waited till she was married to tell her. I know people make mistakes, but I don't know how to forgive her for that. She almost always says and does things for attention, like cutting herself, I also have a feeling she likes to stir up drama, but I have no proof of that, and she is always miserable about something. When it comes to being a good friend to me though she is. I don't know if she is the greatest influence though. My husband hates her. I don't know how to hurt someone by ending a friendship. Please give some input and sorry this is so long.
