I'm using notebook++ btw, When I run the js file it'll look something like var prompt("what is your age?"); and not actually appear with the said prompt

Doctor told me i'm lacking insoluble fiber which is casuing my constipation, took some almonds for the last three days and had a regular bowel movement no problem, no constipation, im wondering if there are any insoluble fiber foods in USAF BMT? (I understand as well everyone gets constipated in the first 10 days as well)
