  • Favorite Workout Songs?

What are your favorite songs to listen to while working out?

    Additional Details

I'm trying to make a workout playlist for my ipod. Names of specific songs or bands would be most useful. Thanks

  • Thoughts, opinions, criticism of my poem....?

    Negative Happiness

After a meal hunger will return

    after sex lust will re-ignite.

Desire will never cease to burn

    this is the human plight.

I stagger from desire to satisfaction

and in its throes, I starve for more desire.

    A never-ending cycle of reaction

    to the inextinguishable fire.

Happiness is a matter of subtraction

there really is nothing to gain.

The only thing that brings satisfaction

is the alleviation of want and pain.

Whether one produces famine or feast

matters not, all efforts are in vain.

The human condition is an insatiable beast

    requiring a lifetime to sustain.

From this constant state of need

    when will I be released?

And the beast no longer toil to feed,

    only when I am deceased.
