  • Is it my Seymour Duncan Dimebuckers or my amp?

I have an epiphone SG and I replaced the bridge with new Dimebuckers not even a year ago. and I got a new amp, the Peavy vypyr 60, a 60 watt tube modeling amp maybe a year ago. My guitar's intination is in check, the tuning is good but whenever I play notes, on any string, beyond the 12th fret, the sustain is 3 secs long, the sound gets weak, and kinda.. pulses and fades out and turns to feedback. its REALLY pissing me off because the pickups were meant to prevent feedback, and they are really high quality, and the amp is new.. and not cheap either.. any diagnoses? btw. the Neck pickup is still a stock pickup

  • Finding a pet?

i want a pet that is possible for me to have. i say that because, my grandfather has diabetes and has a pretty weak immune system. So I'm sure I can't have anything furry. i already have fish. But they're not always the most exciting animal. i was thinking maybe a geko or newt or some kind of lizard. i don't have enough room for one that'll grow really big like the bearded dragon. i was looking at the fire belly newt. I don't know what do you people recomend?

    P.S: No insects

  • getting messy?

I have a 5 gallon tank which is probably small to most of you but its big to me. Anyway I had goldfish in it for a few years. I know its nasty but i havent cleaned it since then (ew). Ya its in really bad shape so is there any ideas on how to clean it up a bit? I thought I could shake up the water and turn my filter on to get rid of some of the poop I'd have to scrub and everything but do you think that would work?

  • betta biting itself?

I have this new betta I got from walmart. It seems pretty happy. Its got bubbles all over the waters surface. One day I've looked at his biggest fin ( the one at the back ) and it looked like it was missing little parts. It also had a small red outline that looked a lot like blood. Is he bititng his fins because of malnutriteon? ( I feed him 4-5 pellets every day). Whats up?

  • Empty tank.. which fish?

ok I have an empty 5 gallon hexagonal tank. Does anyone know of a CLEAN, COLOURFUL, PRETTY and not very large in size fish? except for fancy guppies or goldfish. Some kinda fish that can tolerate a filter and one that is tough. I mean one that doesn't freakout when temporairly placed in a smaller container and dosen't decide to just die. you know?

  • I had 4 Betta fish and they all died one by one?

I had 4 really pretty fish, long fins. I lined them up in a row by my window. then one came down with fungus. but I cleaned the tanks regularly, then another died of fin rot, one of old age and then the last fish that I bought young like a year old then it just died. It seemed like a a conspiracy! What happened?!
