The weather in Wisconsin hasnt been all that great. We had record breaking snowfall & bitter cold temps. I just brought home my little guy. He's a small teady bear pup. How do I train him in this weather. He can barely stand with all the wind & even without the wind the snow is deep...and its just so cold. I purchased a small crate like the vet said, just big enough for him the stand, turn around, lay down. But he soils the area at night in between putting him on the puppy pad in the an. So I purchased a larger one & set a side two areas, bedding & wetting. I'm at least trying to paper train him, but its not going too good. I praise him when he does go where he is supposed to & never use the same treat for anything else. I have a place in the kitchen near his dishes with a puppy training pad & I place him there during the night & about 10 - 15 minutes after he eats so he can do his thing, but he just doesnt go for me there, but he will a few minutes later anywhere he wants..

he's a teddy bear pup! White, happy, loving, peppy...now a name...help! Elmo...no, he's red. Charlie? Maybe. Nothing fruity or girlie...lol.

Guys, do you like dark haired woman with light highlights or just all dark? Girls, do you feel sexier with dark hair and highlights or just all dark? I need a change!

How do I answer that? I know what I am good at. But I need help finding out what I'm not so good at. Don't get me wrong...there is alot I need to improve on! But I want to find out what my weakness is overall or my weakness pertaining to the upcoming job interview. (Office/clerical at a Construction Company)
