Strengths and weakness...the part I dislike most during an interview?
How do I answer that? I know what I am good at. But I need help finding out what I'm not so good at. Don't get me wrong...there is alot I need to improve on! But I want to find out what my weakness is overall or my weakness pertaining to the upcoming job interview. (Office/clerical at a Construction Company)

Always make your weaknesses as positive as possible. Make it something that makes you sound like a good employee. I usually use, "I'm just too organized" because i may think it's a bad thing, but businesses think of it as positive...
