He is a pit bull not sure if that matters but they have a special bond and and he is very calm and loving toward her, a very smart dog as well.

Should we or shouldn't we what does the odds look like

My dads dog that is only 3 years old has cancer he has swollen lympnodes and was diagnosed officially 4 days ago the vet told my dad that he could give him a injection in the swollen area (he needs 6 sessions of these injections so one a week for 6 weeks ) he said it will make the swelling go away and make him feel better not eliminating the cancer but making him better for about a year then it will come back and will need another stronger treatment. I'm just wondering what is this treatment amd is it worth doing ? He said it would cost 900 for the 6 sessions and then of course it's not cured he will need more in about a year. Is this chemo? I did not go with my dad I'm just going by what my dad told me. I feel like this is worth it to see him feel better if only for a year of we do not get the treatment the vet gave him 2 months to live and he already is losing a apetie. What would you do? My dad is not ready to lose his pup so soon! :(

Has anyone heard of or have experience with a dog having cancer? 

My dad's dog (a 3 year old lab) has swollen lymph odes so my dad took him into the vet and the vet said that it could just be a infection but if that is not the case it could be cancer but the vet said he is very young for that so we are hoping for the best he put him on antibiotics for 10 days to see if it clears up the swelling/infection if any. Just wondering how common this is he is such a healthy young dog he is happy as always

My dog is a pit bull he's pretty short and stalky. He's almost two years old all the sudden he looks skinny and I can see his ribs. It's worse when he's laying down I can see them more. My husband checked his poop and there's no worms and he's eating the same he also acts normal and happy sweet boy as always. I'm making him a vet appointment tomorrow because I'm really concerned it's only been about 4 days I've noticed thinking it get better or maybe in seeing things but I'm wondering what it could be? blew the radiator so my husband installed a new one. it was starting fine right before just over heating now it won't start at all.. it acts Like it wants to but wont fire up and fully start we've tried jumping it inspected the fuses for moisture . everything. and nothing! what could it be ? he says he hooked everything back up correctly. its weird because it was fine starting moments before removing the old one

We are set to close in 3 weeks. the house already had a appraisal done on it a month ago, (the buyers loan fell through) so they are using that appraisal becasue it is still good.

the only thing i dont undersatnd is why did the seller (a bank. house is a foreclosure) accept our offer at 170,000 knowing the house only appraised for 165,000?

We dont have the extra cash to pay for the amount that doesnt appraise. do u think they will come down on the price? its only 3% difference.

And if they do will they not want ot help with closing now?

this house has been on the market for 6 months now due to the last buyer falling out of escrow, so id assume they want to get this deal done.

We just went into contract on a home and set to close july 17. hopefully sooner!! but my question is does this new guideline count towards us since we are already in contract? is it for people who go under contract after july 1st or who close after july first?

just wondering if we will squeeze by or if im going to expect paying off some debts before closing? below is the statement i copied and pasted from the new guideline website. the part im confused about is "case numbers" hoping someone can clarify this with me PLEASE.

what is considered large for a cash deposit into a checking account when the underwriter looks at your bank statments.?

i deposited 480 a couple weeks ago.it was money that i had been just saving here and there from sales of a few baby things i had posted on craigslist. i thought that id deposit it to go toward the down or pay some more bills off.. now i think i may have made a wrong choice and forgot that the underwriters are going to need verification for that and i really dont have any!!!?? what do i do is there anything i can say or what i hope this doesnt keep us from closing on our first home! what do u think? is 480 a large deposit that they will care too investigate or what not... ( this will be a FHA loan)

offer accepted, going into contract come monday says the realtor. curious as to what happens next and in what time frame. bank is giving us 60days to close. what happens in the mean time?

im sure ill be finding out very soon but sitting home right now on asunday just wondering.

found a home we love... offer accepted. its bank owned and had a termite inspection done by them. the papers we got yesterday were explaining the inspection, it HAD termites and the bank treated them and said its now free of termites. subteranian termite to be exact. they were in two areas of the home in two window pannels. SOULD WE BACK OUT? the bak said they fixed it and they arent offering anything additional to what they have already done no waranties or anything. it is sold as-is now.

i dont want termites to be a continuous problem!! we will be getting our own inspection for them done and see what they say about them coming back.

also the house is near a wooded area kinda like a bike trail near a creek. is this why the house developed termies and is this a reason they might keep coming back???

someone hit my husbands parked car in a parking lot i guess bu side swipping it. its has a scratch and a dent. its an 06 acura so having that on it is noticable even though its not that bad..

do i go thru my insurance? how does that work? we cant afford to fix it but maybe we can pay the deductable and they will cover the rest? idk how that all works.. do my rated go up. we have full coverage.

my baby is 6 months old and along with my pregnancy weight went my BUTT! i want to start some toning exercises , i still have a butt but it isnt firm anymore and it is a bit flabby how can i get it back up and toned up!!? i need someone to suggest a workout routine like how long and how many lunges/squats per day do i need to be doing?

my 4 year old fell today and landed on her lip her teeth cut the inside of her lip. she is complaining more about the teeth pain then the lip being cut. so i assume she hit her two fronts really hard. she doesn't even want to eat or bit anything. i called the dentist, they got her a appointment for Monday because they were closing when i called. when will the pain let up?

and do u think her teeth will turn brown now? :( im really worried about how much discomfort the teeth are causing her and not being able to se the doc till Monday.

my husband just installed new brake pads for the rear of my car last night (my front didnt need it)

they feel soooo soft and its like i can hear air when i push them down, i also have to push for longer and harder to get to a full stop, the brake pedal has to go way down. i thought new brakes are supposed to stop quick and easy.. there has to be something wrong i dont like this feeling at all!!

when i go over about 20 mph as i press the gas i can hear a humming sound in the engine that gets louder as i go faster it also feels like my car isnt running as smooth ans has les get up and go, it lagging now.. any one know anything it could be.. fyi: it just had an oil change.

I went to w mortgage broker company. They asked for check stubs, bank statements, w2, tax returns along with the application. They submit it to lendders that way. The broker said everthing looked good.That was last Friday its been a week now and no response. I would think they would let me know either way if we qualified or didn't!? This is for the approval letter so that we can start looking at homes. Ugh I'm so irritated it taking so long I just want to know were we stand! Anyone know if its normal to take this long? I've been calling her n she's always on the line and hasn't returned our phone calls.

my husbands score is 633 and we need it to be a minimum of 640 to qualify... we paid off all the credit cards and settled a charge off. that bought the score from 560 to where it is now 633 in less than 3 months,,, so now there's nothing else top pay and the score is kinda stuck there. do u know what we should do to get those few extra points. should we use a small amount of a credit card and pay it on the next statement? ant advise please help :)

i checked all three on there but its saying its from equifax? but still shows me 3 diffferent scored from all three beurous. ugh hoping i got the right scores.. it cost me 30$

are they accurate? i was told myfico.com was accurate but after i purchased it said i purchased from equifax.

anyone know!!? the scores look pretty good and im happy with them just dont want to get too excited for nothing. :( been working very hard to get a mortgage, its starting to look good.

my daughter was complaining when she would go pee and say it hurt. so i took her in and she had a tiny UTI not even enough for antibiotics.

it went away in time and then she started not wanting to go pee again so i took her in, she had NOTHING this time. but doc said she could be a little irritated down there, she didn't run a test for yeast infection just said she thought its just irritated. she said to just let her soak int he bath with out bubbles.. been doing that now 3 weeks later this morning she says its "hot" in down there and she keeps wanting to sit with her legs crossed or walk with her legs touching because it hurts.

idk if it might be a yeast infection because the doctor said it was irritated but she didn't think yeast, but now im thinking it might be.

is there otc cream i can buy for it to help it? or what can i do. im waiting for the doc to call me back.

I have had this iud in for about three years with little side effects and few periods.

now for the past 6 months or so, ive been getting a monthly period and it's super heavy it begings with a massive migrane and also ends with one! :( and not to mention I have developed bad acne I never had also within the last 6 months! so I guess my question is, has anyone else? why is this happening all the sudden after 3 years!? I'm getting it out just need some insight for now...thank u!
