Ok, so in Biology we are doing this huge project; the human body project, and we need to have a lab, a blog thing (glogster), and an oral presentation. We have to teach the class about our body system, which is respiratory, and it has to be interesting... we made a jeopardy game, but our teacher said it would probably wouldn't be a good idea because we need to teach the class, not quiz them on stuff they don't know completely. Also we can't take too long for the oral presentation, because like I said, we have other stuff to present. It takes a long time to make a jeopardy game so we were wondering if there was anything we could do still involving the game, being really fun and engaging, but teaching the kids. We don't want to just have them guess and explain it... please help! 10 pts for best idea!! The sooner, the more likely to get it.

Where do you get those... well they are not really raccoon hair extention peice things like the scene/emo people wear but almost. They are very tiny in width and are more hipster/ indie. They are striped with like blonde and brown and stuff but they are smallll in width...

Hello, I am 14 years old and I have been trying to grow my hair out for about 1 1/2 years now, and I always take really good care of it, never straighten it, I usually just leave it natural. It grows out long, like past my breasts, then starts to get split ends, and I have to get it trimmed and it goes all the way back to the start, the top of my breasts. It makes me angry, I condition it properly, use products to help prevent split ends, use products to make my hair grow longer faster but nothing works, I've tried everything I could think of. Any advice or tips I could do, I want my hair to be down to my hips, please and thank you!

“Nalani, you’re staring at someone’s butt again..” Jane’s voice trickled through my fairytale.

Ha, who was I kidding. “Jane, I told you so many times before, I barely get to go in my la la land, unlike you, so when I do let me be.”

Logan let out a small chuckle. “You’re right… unlike you Jane.”

“Shut up, Logan.” She grinned, punching him softly in the arm.

I smiled, what a cute couple they made.

Logan was Jane’s boyfriend, they starting dating at the middle of 10th grade. She was so lucky, Jane. Jane was so pretty, nice, and awesome. She was my best friend, but that just made her the one to get all of the guys. She was half Korean half American. Her hair was a creamy black with a mix of brown. Her eyes had that almond shape, but they were also quite big. Of course she always coated them with black eyeliner… but the rest of her naturally peachy face was left bare. She wore skinny jeans and a purple, black, and white shirt filled with happy faces and skulls. Jane had been asked out so many times this year, and she always accepted, but secretly still had her eyes on Logan. Then, by the second semester, she had found her “True Love.”

And I have to admit, Logan wasn’t the worst looking… he had dark brown muffled hair and pale skin. And his eyes; his eyes were just like how I imagined for my true love… but every time I gazed into them, I knew he was not meant for me. I wished they were though- they were dark mysterious brown on the edges, becoming lighter and lighter as they came towards the pupil.

I quickly looked away as I realized I was looking in my best friends boy friends eyes. He simply brushed it off, I think he pitied me somewhat.

“Okay… then…” Jane remarked, breaking the silence… “ABRAHAM LINCOLN!”

Logan chuckled, and I gave a weak smile. “Well, I better get going to class,” I murmured, “don’t want to be late again, ha ha, you guys know how slow I am anyway.” Logan and Jane exchanged confused looks, but decided to shrug it off until later.

I slowly drooped back to class. The hallways were pretty much empty except for a huge group of boys that I passed- the “cool” guys. I kept my head down as I walked past, but they chuckled, shoved a round, and then whistled with a “ooooh mama!” I sighed, knowing they meant nothing, just to make me feel even more geek-ish, as I walked faster past them.

The birds chirped, and the sun shone, as if they were trying to cover my melancholy life. Okay, maybe I am being a little dramatic, it is that time of month but… Oh well. It’s not like there was anything I could do. I would have to go on living it.

I sat at the kitchen table, stirred with my food a bit, and listened to my siblings fight over how loud the radio would be. I sighed a deep sigh, not in the mood to argue. I stared at my siblings. Karina was my full sister, a 12-year-old boy magnet. She had one of those hard to get attitudes but honestly she didn’t have a care in the world for any boy… not yet at least. I suppose you could say that Karina, or Ri-ri and I looked related, but not alike. We both had brown eyes- hers bigger and fuller, brown hair-hers medium and naturally straight. We both had tan skin and were tall if that counts for anything. I glanced over at my brother Will. My half brother yes, but I don’t look a thing like him. He was tall, yes, for a seven year old, but he had semi wavy sandy hair, bright blue eyes, and a pudgy nose. I envied it… it was just like Jane’s, not mine which looked as if it didn’t fit.

My mom and my dad were divorced, so I had another half sister over at my father’s house. She was quite pretty, just like all of my other siblings, but she also was mentally delayed. Of course that didn’t make my life any easier, but that didn’t matter because I loved my Sofi.

My mom tapped my shoulder and I screamed, turning around. “Woah there, you’ve been acting like Jane lately,” she chuckled at my air-headedness.

“Sorry.” I replied, “I have a big test coming up.” She raised an eyebrow. Dang it. She always knows when I’m lying. I’m not one to express my feelings anyway… more of a clam, leaving it all bottled up inside.

Mkay, I have an interesting question here. You see, I am writing a story and in most novels, (I want it to kinda be like a novel), the girl ends up with the first guy she meets. Even if she does not like him at first, she falls in love with him. Well, I was thinking of making someone move in next door to the girl, and she meets him first. But in the end, she ends up falling for his brother, which she meets later. The first guy is just an ordinary one, but the brother is all famous and stuff. She is ordinary too, but that's what gives the story a twist. Anyway, please answer so I can continue writing:D

Basically, would it be weird for the main character in a story to fall in love with the second guy she meets, even though it seems as she could fall for the first one.
