Recently I have developed a rash on the shaft of my penis. Currently I am not sexually active (for the past 6 months). The rash has a lot of small bumps and is itchy some of the times. I try not to scratch. I wear boxer briefs 99% of the time (both for workouts and normal activities) I workout daily and often am not able to shower for at least 3hours after my workouts. I Also should mention that I Live in a dry-hot climate.

Like every normal man, I do masturbate. About Once Daily (i use lotion for lube). Sometimes the length of my sessions could go for about 15mins. (i noticed the rash 1 day after a "Long" J/O session).

I do shower thoroughly and daily. I take pride in my Hygiene.

The rash seems to be Slowly spreading. I've stopped Masturbating for 3days now.

Its not painful, and the itch isn't Intense (feels like a normal itch anyone could get). Any Idea on how to treat it. I don't have access to a doctor at the moment (that would have been my FIRST choice).

Should I keep the rash in the dry state or put some lotion or something on it.

I should also mention that I have been using THE SAME lotion and soap for YEARS. This is the first time im seeing this problem.

Any sound advise would be great!
