Apologies to the NRL website - I have repeated their poll question because I was interested to see what you guys thought. Who will do an Eels in 2010, and why?

Why were the papers screaming that Geoff Carr's threats to ban Israel were providing free advertising for AFL, but then the Footy Show had Money Bill on just to announce that he's going back to NZ to play for the All Blacks... What the? What on earth were they thinking? Granted, Geoff Carr should probably shut up, but that's just free advertising for Union and nobody in league circles should give a damn what Money Bill is up to.

No - this is not an attempt to justify Storm's cheating, but the situation does show, as Gus said on the footy show, that a top-line team can't be put together, and held together, under the current cap.

So - do people agree with this? Do you agree that the cap has actually thinned out our talent? Is there money out there anyway, or is talking about increasing the cap just academic because the market won't support it?

Do they go to the losing Grand Final team (this seems unfair to the teams Storm beat on their way through the finals), or are they just a blank in the game's history?

I know I'm a cynic but I am so over the losers...

It was terrible. A whole heap of girls (and at least one guy) in jeans and black t-shirts, waving their arms around while a band played... All we needed was Nicki Webster on flywire and Kylie on a surfboard and we had outdone ourselves. How much money do you think the NRL spent, and what/who would you like to see as the entertainment next year?

I can't think of any more lyrics but it came out 5 or 6 years ago?
