I gave a 30 day notice to vacate. Have been paying my rent on time. Left in the morning, came at night. Didn't have any guests. The manager is a very rude ghetto woman. A lot of complaints against her on yelp. After she came into my apartment to inspect and see if i have a dog or not( without a 24 hour prior notice) I decided to move out. I dropped the 30 day notice in written format into the drop box as i left to work early in the morning on friday, the 3rd. Received a letter stating that it somehow became effective monday, 6th and she's going to charge 31$ for each of the 6 days. Now, is there a law or how does it work if i didn't serve in person and she's messing with the dates?

my nephew has an energy that seems to be endless. I mean he's only 3 but me , my mom, my sister and my brother in law , we can't handle him at all. He runs all the day long, he repeats the same words for like 100000 times, he keeps making this annoying sounds that annoys all of us and he doesn't stop talking. I mean he talks all the time! I don;t know what to do with him. I tried time out, yelling at him, explaining to him. I don;t know what else to try!

Do you think that treadmills for kids would be a solution? or any other suggestions????
