In a divorce situation, is email sent from one parent to the child considered to be private, or does the other parent have a right to read it?

12 years of marriage, wife leaves me for another man and tries to take my child from me. I have been a stay at home dad for the past 6 years, and have home schooled my daughter. I have taken her to every doctor, dentist, orthodontist, therapist (she is ADHD) appointment, to every state fair, and mom was nowhere. Now she cheats on me and tries to take my child. My daughter is my life. Here is the twist - her dad was the SE director for the IRS and has more money than God, so he can buy a win for her. This is going to kill me.

I was in Hong Kong at the International Towers having dinner with some friends. When dinner was over, I settled up the bill, and left a handsome tip, only to be looked at like i was the devil himself. Did I make a mistake? Did I do something wrong?

A man pulls up to a bar in a strech hummer. With the most beautiful woman I've ever seen by his side and a little 8 inch tall guy standing on his shoulder he approaches the bar, he asks the bartender for 2 beers and 2 hotdogs hands the tender $100 and tells him to keep the change. As soon as the tender set the beer and dogs down the 8 " guy jumps off his shoulder and throws the beer and dogs everywhere. The man apologised to the tender and asked for 2 more of each handing him another $100 telling him to keep the change. Again the little guy does the same thing. One more time the man gives the tender $100 and asks for 2 dogs and 2 beers. And again the 8:" guy throws it everywhere, this time hitting the tender. The man, sensing he needed to explain says " I'm sorry. I found this lamp, and I rubbed it. A genie appeared granting me 3 wishes. I wished for all the money and got it. I wished for the most beautiful woman, and got her. I wished for an 8" prick and this is what I got!

Served with divorce papers on New Years day while working out of town at her request. I move to my hometown because she has changed the locks, and even though I have every right to enter my own home, all she has to do is scratch herself and call the law - away to jail I would go, so I start over, after 13 years of marriage. I drive 800 miles every other weekend to pick up my daughter, I do everything right - even taking the high road and offering peaceful resolution. So all my money goes to gas just trying to see my child. I work 24 hours a day - sleeping when I can, and nothing I do helps. Why does life have to be so hard sometimes, and why can't I ever get a little good luck or a break?
