workplace discrimination.?
My best mate broke up with his girlfriend this week, he also told her why he wanted to end his relationship with her, he told her he was bisexual. She reacted in a homophobic manner, followed by offensive and threatening text messages. Her mum also happens to be my mates employer, she has asked for a meeting with him on Monday about his sexuality. From the way she has dealt wth the issue outside of work there is reason to believe she is homophobic. I would like to know what he should do if he gets to the meeting and she asks questions that cross the line of an employqee- relationship. But also were is this line, can she even ask his sexuality?
I know that he works for a relatively small company were it is easier to get away with discrimination.

I keep a uv filter on my lense all the time but I am having a week away and want to use a polarisation filter to bring out the colour in the sky. So what I would like to know is, should I take the uv off and put the polarisation on, but then I won't have the uv filter to remove glare etc.

I have a xbox 360 (the old White one) and I has a wireless adaptor in it, and my pc is right next to it. Would this work, run a Ethernet cable from the xbox to the pc, so the xbox is connected wirelessly to the hub then the pc can connect to the internet using the Ethernet connection?

2 AnswersStandards & Testing10 years agoWanting children and being gay?
I am a 16 year old male and for a while I have been thinking about having kids. I know it not as cut and dry as it is for heterosexual couples. But kids are something I would like, my questions is, (I am nit going to use the word "normal" as there is no such thing) so is it common for young homosexual people to thinking about having kids?
10 AnswersLesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender10 years agoHow to get your parents to go to counselling ?
Its been ten months now, since I told my parents I am gay. It didn't go down well and ten months on its still a problem for them. Myself and my counsellor (who I see on my own accord) Both of us agree that they should get counselling, when I first told them I gave them some details of were they could get some help- which they found offensive.
Has anyone got any ideas of how I could get then to go?
