  • How often should I work out (2nd x)?

    I weigh 145 pounds && am 5'1 (Ouch! -.-) I currently work out by doing the following six days a week: I run everyday, I also do a Julian Michael's Burn fat boost metabolism workout video everyday. -The length of the video is about 46 min- I also do this Pop Pilates 10 min ab workout that works out the three muscles in the stomach. I eat healthy, veggies, fruit, lean protein, ect and drink about 8-10 glasses of water a day. I weighed 150 almost three weeks ago, and have since lost the 5 pounds -Urgh! So frustrating!- Should I be pushing myself harder? I.E. Doing the Video workout more than once a day? I realize I will not see results overnight, but I am just trying to make sure I am doing this right =/ I'd love to fit in a bikini before this summer ends!! Also when I was doing the Julian M video my leg, you know the fatty part just under the knee? Was in so much pain, for a few days, I continued my workouts anyways, but I guess that's why I am asking, haha! So yes, How often should I be working out? How many hours a day? And any other tips that may have worked for you would be wonderful!
