Hey all. I was fired on April 18 09 for conduct infraction.

Back in October 2008 I was placed on a final warning for attendance. For 90 days. Okay now I had perfect attendance and the final was lifted. Now the company gives a 90 day lay off notice. And to stay at the company till June 2010 I will have to accept another job in the company. So I did. I was in training and my supervisor was in the class as well. She pulled me out and stated she saw me sleeping in class. However my system was down and I was partnered with someone and at the time we were working. She told me she would put me back on a final warning and I said I disagree. The next day I was pulled into HR and was told I was getting fired for sleeping and being that I was on final before they stated no more warnings. Termination. But I was not sleep. I have my witness. Do I need an attorney? Please help someone.

3) speed around and give them a dirty look then get in front and spray them with your windshield wiper fluid..lol

4) get in front of them and stomp on your breaks
