Correct me if I'm wrong, under the kyoto protocol,there is an organization that evaluates countries emitting pollution and set quota and supply permits for each country. Countries then pass it on to their domestic firms or trade the unused pollution permits internationally.

Who sets the quota in the first place for the maximum number of permits each countries can have? Who regulates these pollution quotas? Please give me some evidence too! :)

I'm a senior in my drama club and just last week 3 juniors of mine skipped the session because they wanted to 'study' for a test that practically everyone else in the club had.so i told on them..my reasons

1.everyone else had the same test some even had more-i felt in was unfair to the rest of us

2.they seldom come for the sessions-one week come the next week don't kinda

3.even if they do attend they simply take the club like some sort of joke where they can don't do anything.*i gave a warning already to be serious but it went to deaf ears

4.we have a performance in 15days and they aren't even around!so they don't know what's happening.

I told my teacher that they aren't interested and should do something to restore the discipline. I suppose my teacher talked to them because now they are showing me attitude...i can't stand their attitude!should i confront them and settle it?what should i do?i want them to know the reason in a stern manner..how do i go about doing it?

all through out my life everyone favour my brother more then me. my dad is indian, i have a lot of girl cousins(4 girls) from my dad side. i only have 1 boy-cousin from my dad side. okay i bought a LG lollipop GD580 phone. in the box they gave me a small disc and told me to install in my computer then i can download. so i use the USB cable and plug into my phone and connect to my computer but a pop-up box appears and says that the device cant be located. they ask me to put in the GD580 CD which i did but the pop-up still appears. i tried installin the programs in the CD first and that worked but everytime i use the USB cable to connect my computer and phone the pop-up saying that device cant be found keeps appearing. i really need help.. please give step by step instruction.. thanks (:

i have two guy cousins. (A) and (B). (A) is corrupted.he goes out with friends gets drunk and comes home. my aunt isnt happy about it. (B) on the other hand is close to his mom. always doing the house hold chores.he never stays out late. and he's very religious. my aunt makes (B) do all the cleaning and taking care of their 3 dogs. (B) doenst have time to have a proper sleep because of sch and all the chores he has to do. my aunt says it he's duty to do since they dont have a gal to do all the chores. (B) doesnt have many close friends. how do i tell my aunt that (B) is good and he needs sometime to relax. i want her to not put any pressure on him. but i dont want to be too straight-forward.

my aunt thinks if she controls (B) he wont become like his brother (A) .

but i know (B) wont be like (A) because (B) has his own mindset and is working to achieve a scholarship

i met this guy 'A' during one of my major examination.i didn't think much when suddenly he's friend came up to me and said that 'A' likes me.. i was weird because i don't really get such remarks.. i thought it was a joke and left it.after the exam 'A' came up to me and ask for my phone number and email.i gave him in a hurry thinking I'll just add as a friend. we started talking on MSN and he would reply in long sentences then we moved on from chatting on the internet to talking on the phone. we talk for ages about lots of stuff but he would mostly ask about my taste of guys and what i look into for a bf.. we didnt once say we liked each other.i took him as a friend i guess.. but i never knew what i was in he's heart.

later onwards i met this guy 'B' and we became stead.i told 'A' and he seems rather cold toward me..my best friend whom is the cousin of 'A' told me that 'A' is the right one for me and that 'A' loves me.. i was lost for words..

i broke up with 'B' but didnt tell 'A' i tried reliving those moments with 'A'(our long chatting on MSN) but he would only reply one word answers. our long phone calls ended, we were like strangers.i tried sending him emails saying i love him and want to talk to him but he never answers.what am i suppose to do?i think of him everyday i want him back.did he ever love me? or am i just overreacting?
