I am trying to make a basic move file program.

At the moment I have this, this is the browse button:

Whenever I try to move a file I browse successfully but when I press to save (Move the file) I get this error:

IOException was unhandled

Could not complete operation since a directory already exists in this path 'D:\StoredFiles'.

Please shed some light, this is my major work, and really stuck, this is a major part for my project. Thanks.

I am creating a database where you can store files and some details about the file. So far I have created a database where you can enter data, name, comments, id number etc... I also have a created an openfiledialog button where it attaches the adress toa textbox. I need to copy the file of that adress and move it to another directory folder, then I need that new adress to like attach itself to the records I previously mentioned, so when you bring up the file or records the records or files also pop up. Basically for my year 12 HSC project I have to design a database, the database has to be able to attach any files, audio, image, video etc... I need to know if it's possible for me to attach a file to these records? and then able to download them when needed if that's possible?

So, is there anyway for it to work? If only one of the features I need is feasible that's fine. So could you please direct me in the right direction, videos? Sample code? Anything just so I know if this can be done. Thanks.

I have a relatively good graphics card and I can't play Skyrim on top graphics, I only have 4GB Ram and a quadcore 2.66ghz processor (Intel Q8400) If i increased my RAM and my CPU significantly but kept the graphics card, could I play on high? Basically, does RAM and CPU affect or contribute maximum graphics i'm able to play?

Cluster Computing - I think that's the term, I have seen teachers at school connect there computers in someway and share the RAM and CPU to boost one computer, I have seen them do this whilst rendering to speed up the process, I am not sure how the connected possibly via LAN i'm not sure. any help appreciated.

I have a really good HD camera and they are in MTS format or sumin like that so i render in Sony vegas so they are WMV then they are like 3.8 gig a movie anyway i can minimize size and keep quality? so on youtube they can watch in like 1080p? or 720p?

i want to make a program that basically encrypts text, so for example id make to text boxes and type something into one text box the press encrypt and in the other text box it would give me a encyrypted messsage and also so it can decrypt ? and ideas and detailed explanaations would be appreciated thanks!
