Hints from what i know: Pre 1985 likely pre 1980. Color. Monster movie. Either sasquatch or a yeti. Involves a ski resort. Twist: The "monster" removes victims heads and i think discards them, because someone (maybe monster) is boiling bodies in a large cauldron. Scenes i remember is an RV finds a shack a little way up a hill off the road and here they find the cauldron, and a monster attacks the RV and tips it over. Another scene is a solo skier is going downhill at night full moon, and "monster" reaches out from behind a tree or rock and tears the skiers head off, meanwhile everyone else is in the resort lodge at a party unaware of the beast outside.
