  • I need to call Halifax but can't speak?

    So my online banking account has been suspended for reasons I don't understand (read: I am 16 and haven't yet learned how to function in society), and I want to call Halifax to find out why and hopefully fix the problem, but I am unable to speak over the phone. Is there another service I can use?
