I like to get some help/info:

I started dieting, I m 5 7 around 60kg and I started to eat 1300 calories because that s what I needed to lose fat based on my daily caloric needs. So I was doing that on a low carb diet, and everything going well, I m losing fat gaining muscle but I seemed to hit a plateau. So I looked at my daily caloric needs and it s telling me I need MORE calories to lose weight.

So before, my daily caloric needs was 1900, after working out for a month or 2, it s gone up to 2500. So.... to continue to lose belly fat, do I increase my caloric needs, or do I decrease (Don t feel safe decreasing it tbh, but that seems like the logical step)

Now, Super soldier ritual, says, if it's in the graveyard, I can remove itself, 1 light and 1 dark from the grave to special summon a ritual BLS monster from my hand ignoring it's summoning condition.

MY question is, if I use this graveyard effect of super soldier using the 2 knights, will the knights effects be activated?

So will my ritual monster gain their effects or not?

I basically need to add a dragon, my current options are

Red eyes B dragon

Red eyes black metal dragon

Harpie's Pet Dragon

Des Volstgalph

What I want to know is out of these 3. Who is the best on their own, who's the best with support (list support please) and who's the best to have in my deck. I'm making a Black luster soldier deck but need to add one of these dragons.

So moving into a uni student house with 5 people. Options are

100mb which was recommended by the sales agent

OR

152mb which said was recommended for house of 8

Which one should we go for?

Going to be using it for everything, work, watching, playing online etc.

So what should we take into account?

the Djinn ritual monsters.

The knights are warriors which is a theme in my deck, so I can search them out. They fuse together to make a strong monster

The rituals make my BLS unstoppable, but they seem quite situational

Which should I include?

So in regards to the Djinn monsters such as "Djinn Releaser of rituals", if I use these monsters to ritual summon a monster, I would get their effects.

Now my question is, if the ritual monster who has these effects would be destroyed. Then special summoned back to the field i.e. monster reborn. Would the ritual monster STILL have the effects it had before?

So in regards to the new cards coming out:

Galloping Gaia the fierce knight - "When this card is TRIBUTED, you can search for a black luster soldier"

So does this "tribute" the card speak of, include if it was used as tribute for a ritual summon?

So if I used black luster ritual and included the Gaia monster, would it's effect activate?

So it says I have to tribute Red eyes B Dragon with Metalmorph. So can I tribute the red eyes on my opponents turn?

e.g. I summon red eyes, lay down metalmorph face down then end turn. Then my opponent starts his turn, I activate metalmorph, can I then sacrifice my red eyes to bring out Red eyes black metal dragon?

At around 0:54 he uses his finger to just make small white dots and marks. How does he do that?

Also, how did he cover the background completely without touching the character?

Which would be best? And if it's possible, could I maybe get away with having a mix? So for example (All the BLS deck with support and include some Red eyes support in there too?)

So in regards to Magic time hammer. How does that work?

I get you can banish a monster, but what happens if my monster (Hammer equipped) attacks my opponents monster who has more attack, does HIS monster still get banished and does my monster remain?

It's odd for me to think that I would have to make sure my monster has more attack because then I might aswell destroy the monster for good instead of banishing it for 1 turn (6 is still not as good as forever)

So basically I just started drinking and I find it hard. Like all my friends are just able to down their drinks and move on to seconds and thirds. I just seem to struggle. Like on my first drink I start to gag and feel sick (Even if I like the taste of it)

I took a shot yesterday and basically vomited without anything coming out (Gross and weird I know) so how do I get better?

So with Hermos, I see you can use it to summon fusion monster cards.

So my question is, If I have NO monsters on the field, but I play Hermos to get Red eyes black dragon sword (or any other hermos fusion) does it still stay on the field, or does it get destroyed because there's no other monster that it can equip to.

IF it does act like a normal fusion monster card, can it still attack?

I'm looking for some colouring pencils or markers that have excellent colour range.

So I'm creating a new deck and was looking for some cards.

Is there a different set of cards like King's knight, Queens knight and Jack's knight?

I need some 4 star or less monsters that can special summon each other like the knights. (Preferably warrior types and light or dark attribute, but mention any and all)
