I am currently Army active duty stationed at Fort Gordon. I recently got married at the end of last month. I arrived here at my first duty station in September. I am trying to get my new family moved over here as soon as possible.

Here is my question. I am being told now that since my orders were cut before I got married the Army will not pay for the cost of moving my family over here. Is this true?

Will the Army really not help pay for me to move my family over here since I got married after I arrived at my duty station?

This really puts me at a big financial halt since I am in Georgia and my wife and stepchildren are all the way in California this will take many months to be able to do without assistance.

Please any help or sources would be greatly appreciated....

Ok I have 2 512mb of DDR2 RAM PC 4200(DDR2 533) for a total of 1gb already installed.

I just purchased a set of 2gb (1+1gb) Dual Channel DDR2 PC 6400 (DDR2 800).

I have a total of 4 RAM slots.

I have a Socket AM2 motherboard running a AMD X2 4000+ processor 2000 FSB.

Can I just add in the dual channel set of RAM or will the two slower 512's slow the total speed down if I had them all installed.

Am I better off just removing the 2 512's?

What will give me the highest amount of speed for what RAM combo I have ????

Please give me advice????? I am unsure of the best setup here. Confused...................?

I am getting ready to sell my PC and I want to use programs to delete everything so the next owner cannot recover or it will be very difficult to recover the information on the HD.

What are some free programs out there and what are the best steps to take to do this?

I am not sure but as of yesterday something fishy has been happening with my PC.Whenever I go to type in most places such as some email or passwords the 7 key will just keep repeating itself without me pressing it on its own.

(Looks like this 77777777777777777777777777777777777777777777777777..................just will keep repeating by itself.)

I have ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite installed on my PC along with Ad Aware 2007 Pro and SpyBlaster.

I have run the Anti Virus and Spyware scans on both the ZA Internet Security Suite and Ad Aware 2007 Pro.

Nothing is picked up at all........

When I tried to log onto Windows XP today when I went to go and put my password in it kepts repeating itself also.I was able to get around this though by pressing a combination of keys on my keyboard though ....Thankfully after trying for 10 minutes.

Anyways could anyone please tell me what could possibly be the cause of this repeated keystroking of 7's?

Do I have an infection I am not picking up?

I am currently using AVG Internet Security 7.5's firewall.

I have read that it does not have a the greatest firewall though.

Is Zone Alarm Pro's Firewall better in terms of protection for my PC?

Is my PC secure with the programs I am running?

Any recommended changes?

I tried to log on today and have put off activating windows XP until now.I got a message saying I cannot log in until I activate windows .When I try to activate windows the there is no connectivity because my firewall in AVG internet security is blocking it from connecting to the internet.Is there a way to get around this so I can log in and let my firewall allow me to connect so I can activate windows?

Are 2700 mA rechargable AA batteries really safe to use in my Canon S3 IS camera?I am tempted to buy these instead of 2500 mAh on Ebay .I don't see any recognizable brands though in 2700 mAh .Are these safe to use?I have read more mAh means they last longer....

I am definetly going with canon because now other brands compare with image quality.I have the a540 but I want to upgrade to a camera with image stabilization.The a540 takes great photos but sometimes things get blurred because of movement.All 3 of these have that.The a570 IS is the newest and has the Digic III processor.On the other hand the S3IS has alot better zoom with 12x optical.The a710IS has higher megapixels though 7.1 with 4x optical zoom.I am in a bind here please give some advice?I just want the best quality shot possible between these 3 cameras.What do u think which one should I get?
