  • How to improve run time?

    I'm 15 and joining the army, I need a 1.5 in under 10 mins mile run time and mines over that and I cant seem to improve it so is there a good effective way I can improve it, I run 1.5 miles once every week

    I use to like this girl (won't say her name but let's call her Julie) and we started drifting apart, I started talking to this other girl ( won't say her name either so lets call her grace) me and 'Julie fell out for reasons I won't say but I don't want any thing to do with her now and I still talk to 'grace' which is 'Julie's' best friend and I like 'grace' but I don't really want to say any thing because I'll look like a massive jerk, I mean I liked her best friend then like her. I don't know what to do, should I move on or should I tell her?

    I'm 15 and find it hard to talk to girls, not nervous I just don't know what to say I spoke to this girl for about 5 minutes I am in her year at school and never spoke to her so I thought I would say hello, I spoke to her for like 5 minutes and I thought I seemed boring so I just said i had to go, I want to keep talking o her but I don't want to come across borining again
