  • Best performance theme for Windows 7?

    I am using a Windows 7 PC for development. Since it's a web-application, my PC has to concurrently run a lot of resource intensive GUIs together. So every fraction of free RAM is worth it. I want to know, can I free up any RAM if I use Windows 7 basic or Windows classic theme instead of the integrated Aero theme? Also, out of these two, which is least resource intensive?

    We use headphones with our PCs, cell phones, etc. But where do they get their operating power from? I'm asking this so that I know that whether the ones that I use with my PC (pretty large ones) drain my cell phone battery or is there no effect. Please help
