A Nikon or Canon? Or another brand really, just something that's good for landscape & nature photography, but also for body shots and stuff. It can't be more than $200, so fairly decent. I'm not going to be buying separate lenses until I get the hang of the camera and save up for different lenses anyways. And 'sides I'm only 14 now anyways, I don't need to go all out yet.

Any suggestions?

I have this idea of everyone in my class bringing in $3-4 or something to donate to Water Missions International. They give clean water to countries where there is none due to poisonings or diseases. They also have other programs to help with countries like the Pakistan Flooding, etc. I think it'd tie in with our water project we did where the state of Connecticut picked a country for us (Bangladesh this year^^) and to 'solve the water crisis in our country' but we don't really help anyone. What countries are going to listen to a bunch of 8th graders? So I think this would be a good idea for us to actually do something for the countries out there in need of clean drinking and bathing water.

Do you think this is a good idea? Its something that she can do every year after the high track after us finishes up the project. How would I go about asking her to do it when were already doing Secret Santa?

My teacher wants us to write an essay telling her about ourselves.

"Paragraph 1: Your friends and family and what they mean to you and why.

Paragraph 2: The things you like & dislike, both in and out of school, and be specific....elaborate on your thoughts as well.

Paragraph 3: Anything fun you did this summer or something else you would like to share with me."

I need an introduction sentence that I can start off from the first paragraph easily!

I'm 13, and 4'11 short I know.

I weigh about 85lbs & I do eat, but a lot of the times I seriously do not want to eat because I feel full, & they think I"m 'too skinny' because there..ehm..not very thin.

Plus I'm a vegetarian. They make so much meat that I can't eat & expect me to eat with them.

Help?
