My great grandfather is French by birth we have all papers to prove that. He got married and he had kids, he didn't register two of the kids with the French consulate. So those kids don't have a proof that they are French. One of those kids is my grandmother. We want to get her a proof that she is a French citizen from the consulate. There is a law Called droit du sang, which gives her the right to be French since she was born. Will her Kids be able to get prove that they are French as well since their mother is French since birth? Will I be able to get a proof that I am a French citizen after all of that process is gone through for my grandmother and my father? How long does the process take and what paperwork should we fill out?

Je suis né tunisien de naissance puisque chaque enfant d'un père tunisien est un tunisien et depuis que je suis né en Tunisie ainsi . Je suis citoyen américain ainsi .

Je regardais autour pour voir si je suis admissible à obtenir la nationalité française par l'intégration depuis mon grand -père était français , j'ai trouvé ce site qui donne cette info , mais je veux m'assurer que je suis admissible à être un citoyen avant démarrer tous les processus juridiques .

A little background about my family. My great grand father is a french citizen by birth. He moved with his family to Tunisia, when France colonized Tunisia. He got married lived there and had kids. He later passed away (May he rest in peace). My grand mother was French, but then when Tunisia had independence it imposed that every French citizen wanting to live in Tunisia have to relinquish his citizenship. My grandmother didn't go to school and at that time she was married and had kids. So she couldn't travel to France since she doesn't speak French and I know that she might even not realized that she will lose her citizenship. My father is Tunisian by birth since his father was Tunisian, he never got to become a French citizen. I was born Tunisian by birth since every kid from a Tunisian father is a Tunisian and since I was born in Tunisia as well. I'm United States citizen as well.

I was looking around to see if I'm eligible to get French citizenship by integration since my great Grandfather was French, I found this website that gives that info, but I want to make sure that I'm eligible to be a citizen before I start any legal processes.

I have questions about the N400 and I need help with them. My time is not open yet it opens in september and I just wanted to know what I should know from now so if there are any documents that I need to get I would start from now.

The first question is about the children:

When I filed the I485 (Through a lawyer) he did not list my step daughter in the application and my wife was pregnant with my daughter.

When I filed the I751 (by myself) I did not include my step daughter but I included my daughter thinking that USCIS wants only children coming from the marriage.

I'm filling N400 and I wanted to know if I should put both of my daughters or should I only put my biological daughter?

The Good moral section, question 16:

I had 4 speeding tickets in the past 5 years, one of them was dismissed,the other I had to go to court in 2010 and I got charged with careless driving the other two they were just paid. All of those tickets are under 500$ each and they are not related to a crime or a serious offense. I called couple of lawyers and I have been told that USCIS don't care about minor traffic tickets as much as the ones related to DUI or something big. I've read many posts here about people who checked the yes box for that question. What should I do? Do I check yes or should I listen to the lawyers and put no?

Any help would be really appreciated.

I'm also planing to send a utility bill and bank statement with the taxes and the marriage certificate. will that be enough to show the officer that we are really together. I know that the proof is not as heavy for the N400 as I751, but I don't know what to include.

I have a 01 olds intrigue, I have been trying to find out a good hole with a grommet to run a power wire through didn't succeed for 3 days lol. I located a hole with a grommet that has a wire (factory) in the passenger side if you google it you will see what I'm talking about. I can't find the other end of it. If anybody can tell me where the end is so my 3 days ends today pleeeeeeeeeeease lol. I mean is it in the bottom of the car or is right in the firewall behind the engine. Any help is very appreciated.

I have a 2001 oldsmobile intrigue. I bought some subs and an amp and I want to pass the power wire through the firewall in the passenger side where the battery is. I found a grommet under the carpet inside but I can't find the other side under the hood. If you could help me to locate where it's if you have a link to a picture that will help too. The grommet by the way is hard plastic, it's not soft any suggestions on how to pass the wire through it? If you have any other ideas about where to pass the wire through feel free to let me know where it's.

I have a 2001 oldsmobile intrigue. I bought a double din Ouku DVD player and I installed it, it works good but the radio. The radio seems like it get clear when I'm on top of a mountain (where I live at) but when I'm driving low (not on top of a mountain) the sound is not clear, it goes on and off because of the noise. I checked the antenna in the glass and the wiring to the antenna in the glass and it seems like everything is good. I didn't honestly check the connection in the back of the DVD player yet but I remember that it was tight. Can yall help me with figuring out what's going on with it?

I went to a flight school and somebody told me that in the next few years, there will be a big shortage of pilots due to retirement. Is that true? How long do you think this shortage will last? this same person told me maybe a decade or something like that. I just want to see if he is saying the truth.

I have 2001 Oldsmobile intrigue I bought last year, the air was fine cold as ice, came winter and the then summer I don't have no more air. First question is that a possibility of air leak? where is the low side service port? I found one in the front on the driver side on a thin tube and another behind the motor on the firewall on a big tube, the caps are the same so I got confused of which one I should use. Besides I'm not ready to lose my hand lol.

But when I do F11 to test if it works, it will not start booting the computer. How can I make the F11 work? how can I modify the MBR or BIOS to make it recognize the partition?

I have an HP pavillion dv7, I exchanged my old hard drive for a bigger one 500GB, I installed windows 7 on it. I did notice that this windows is not updating an it gives me an error code 800B0100. I looked it up but it was not fixed. I found a hard drive 250GB an I want to make the 500GB as a mass storage device. how do I do that? do I have to do it through BIOS, I have Bios F.49 I think. and my windows is 7 X64. Both hard drives have the same speed 5400 rpm and both are SATA 3.0GB/s.

So me and my wife went and filed taxes on the 23rd of january. On the 21th of february, I called h&r block and the lady told me that because I'm a student the irs accepted our taxes on the 14th of february. Well I checked today and the h&r block said that the irs accepted it on the 28th. Is the irs having problems with the refunds this year, delay or what's going on?

I want to start with an apology as this question is quite embarrassing to me and is kind of gross. Everytime me and my wife go eat outside, 15 or 30 minutes later I have to go to the bathroom. I don't have to if I ate food from the house. I know some of you will suggest to stop eating outside but i have a wife that i want to take her outside for dinner from time to time. I don't know why it's happening as i don't have any allergy or any Health problems. Last October i had a physical check up and doctor said everything looks good. Any suggestions on what could it be? This embarrassing to ask sorry for that.

I owned a car before and my father in law took it to fix something on it. On his way back he got in an accident with somebody who doesn't have insurance. Anyways, the other guy and his wife got 25000$ from my insurance. I want to know how will that accident that I was not even driving my car will affect my insurance rate? Will that accident go my record even when I was not the one who drove the car?

My uncle lived in the US for 14 years and he is a US citizen by naturalization. He got a job in France and he is going to be living there for awhile. Can he gets the French citizenship without loosing the US citizenship or no?
