i have an old white ipod that only holds like 2GB i think. i just ran out of space so i was trying to clear some by deleting playlists, first just the ones i made the the ones that came with it (90's music and most popular or something like that). i plugged my ipod back in hoping to add my new songs but instead it erased all of them off the ipod. they are still all in my library but there is nothing on the ipod and it says it cant add anything because files were deleted. i don't know how to get the files back and i want my songs!!!! if anyone could please help i would be very thankful!

Place pork chops in casserole dish. Pour in soup and carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Cover dish and bake at 325 degrees approximately 45 minutes. Serve with rice.

im a junior in high school and have been running cross country all four years. this year i discovered i have asthma and i got an inhaler, but i haven't been running the same since. at the 2 mile mark i just feel like i cant go. i made it through districts, but people who have never passed me are. i really want to go on to state and medal. any help would be greatly appreciated.

On saturday i had a lot of trouble getting control over my breathing during our race, this has happened before and i don't know why some races ill be ok and others i have a lot of trouble. i've always been a little bit wheezy during strenuous workouts (repeats). i know that being completely out of breath is part of the sport. yet i always feel like the thing that's keeping me from going faster is my breathing. do you think this is something to worry about? should i try to get an inhaler? thanks for any help.
