I saw one episode when I was younger and can't find the show based on what information I remember. It aired on Adult Swim if that helps, probably between the years 2005–2008.

What I remember: There was a boy who skips school to go hang out beside a large river/ditch/culvert/ thing with a girl (I'm assuming they are together as they kiss and talk) despite the warnings of his friends that 'someone' would get them.

Well this mysterious character (possibly a girl on a motorcycle, but that could be me mixing up anime) does come after them and the next thing you know, the boy is waking up inside this laboratory/military facility sort of place with a collar around his neck. Anyway, I believe the collar can shock him and he sees others there with collars. Also possibly some military people with guns milling about. That's about as much as I remember.

Is that enough for anyone to recognize? It's killing me not to be able to find it!

I need to know the classification of chameleons, including:

Newborn

Male

Castrated

Female

I'm aware that there might not be a particular name for castrated or newborn, but is there at least different names for a male and female? I'm having trouble them.

It needs to be good for a guy or girl and in that price limit. No gift cards are allowed so that things are more interesting.

It's for an art club Christmas party (and keep the age in mind: high shoolers so no alcohol or dirty gifts), I was thinking about something art related, but anything interesting or maybe unique would do. It needs to be something I can pick up at a store (so nothing online) because it's tonight. (Yea, I waited till the last minute...)
