Cry It Out Method advice/opinions?
I read an article a couple days ago about letting a baby "Cry it out" to fall asleep. I had never thought of it or heard of it until now... We have twin boys that are going to be 7 months on the 13th and they have been in our bed since we brought them home (they were two months early and in the hospital for a month) since night 1 they've been in bed with us. Minus a few trials of them sleeping in their cribs. Anyways... they have never slept through the night before, up all the time crying and nothing that we could do would help. I have just held them and let them cry until we fell asleep. Only to be waken in an hour or so and do it all over.
So I read this article 3 days ago, it made sense to me, it was a well written article... So I thought we would give it a try. Night 1 Knox fell asleep right away, and Sawyer did "CIO" for about 30 minutes. Knox slept the whole night and Sawyer woke up 1x. Night 2 Sawyer fell asleep within 5 minutes or less and Knox cried for about 45 mins. Knox slept until 5:00a.m and Sawyer until 8:30a.m Never has that happened before. Tonight is night 3... both babies were so fussy and it was bedtime around 9pm, I mean they cried even being held... so We put them to bed and they maybe both cried for 5 minutes if that and are currently both still sleeping. I just am concerned, because now I am reading that it isn't healthy to do this and use this method... but it is working... I am just so confused and don't know what to do. They are our first babies. I just hate reading things that say this is bad parenting, I just need more advice and more opinions on the matter... I posted the link to the article I read, note there are 3 parts and there are links at the bottom of the article.
7 AnswersNewborn & Baby8 years agoSuspending babies safely?
the new craze and in thing for photographers are suspending babies from branches or hanging in clothes... how is this safe and what precautions do photographers use to ensure the safety of these babies? I would prefer a professional photographer answer this question, because they are the ones that are using this posing techniques. I would like someone that has their own photograph to post a link to it because I don't want to use some ones work w/o permission... copyright laws are huge and I abide by them... so if someone would care to share an example with their answer that would be GREATLY appreciated!
6 AnswersPhotography1 decade agoGetting Married In Mexico?
I am wondering if someone could answer this question for me. Is it true if you are going to get married in Mexico you have to get blood tests done before to ensure that you are not pregnant or have STD's? I am neither but am wondering if this is true and if so why?

The fillies barn name is Misty and I'm thinking about changing it b/c I don't know if I like that name... but she's going to be showing in yearling halter classes and longe line next year, she's a very halter type filly very muscular. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. :) :)

Below is the link to my App colt and I need help coming up with a registered name for him.
He is our stud prospect! His barn name is Sarge and he is a great colt!!! He is a leopard yearling, and I want the name to include KEB in the beginning (for our names Kyser and Emily Bartelt). We are just getting into breeding and have been doing a ton of research and I know A LOT about horses and raised welsh cross ponies, never really had to deal with coming up with registered names and I suck at it! :)

3 AnswersPhotography1 decade agoClomid Question Please READ?
I have a quick question!? I have been to the Dr and she prescribed me a progesterone drug to make me have my period b/c of how irregular I am well I didn't want to take it until I got back from vacation to avoid having a period on vaca so I didn't take it well with how lucky I am I got my period anyways! So the first day of my period was on the 15th of July at like 1030 pm I got it. And this time it was light compared to what it has been before like it was just a little pink in my urine so I put a light tampon in just to be safe. I had a rather light period the 16th and 17th steady flow but still unusually light for me. My periods also usually last the full 7 days but this time it didn't... On the 18th I used a light tampon had vertually no flow and the 19th & 20th it was a couple pink spots. Now I am wondering can I still take the clomid or am I too late? I didn't take the clomid with me on vaca b/c I didn't think I was going to get my period b/c of how irregular I am... ha... it's just my luck right?!? But is it too late to start the clomid or do I wait till this month? Or do you think I could even be pregnant? I am very very irregular with these last cpl months being the most regular I've EVER been I had my period in April, May missed June went to the dr in the begining of July negative urine pregnancy test with the DR. I did use take it in the morning so it was more likely to have a accurate result then had my period this month (again LIGHT)... My "regular" cycle I get my period about 4 times a year and the time inbetween is alwasy different. I don't have PCOS had ultra sounds... I'm not overweight I'm 5' 115lbs... just have an irregular period... and my sisters and mom are the most on schedule women I know... so I'm the odd duck out!
Sorry if this is confusing... I am kinda new at all this stuff!!!
