In the 90s I wrote a few games using BASIC and compiled them to .exe files. I'm working with a small group of kids on some different "engineering" projects (we just finished building AM radios for example). What computer language could we use to write a simple computer program that would run on Win7 and be self contained? In other words they could put it on a cd and take it to show off to their parents.

In my own opinion the purpose of texting is so that a person can send messages and check their messages at their convenience. When they get up for instance. So I think it is fine to text at any time. Do you agree or disagree and why.
