I have given my baby my last name for now, his father's name is NOT on the birth certificate. Considering the tempestuousness of our relationship, I was worried about marrying him at this time but should I change my mind later, can my child's name be changed legally to that of his father's? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide...PS- We reside in Pennsylvania.

I had to end up calling Dell Software Tech Support and paying $150.00 for them to remove a virus. This past week I have scanned with Windows One Care and McAfee daily- I am the only user of this machine and I don't ever search/open anything weird. I am not a very computer literate person and I am afraid that I will get "hacked" cuz I am stupid- so security is really important to me. There was one thing that I did: a few days ago, I noticed my security "seal" for Yahoo mail wasn't in existence (as it had been for a good while) but I still signed in anyway (I know, don't say it). A whole bunch of times. 1) Why did not my scanning pick something up, 2) how can this happen when I have Firefox, 3) all I really want is a good way for me to take care of my computer (I am addicted and on it all the time), could some kind and knowledgeable person suggest a schedule of tasks I could do to prevent such things from happening again? I cannot afford such costly mistakes. I love Firefox and now never use IE. I am sorry this is long winded. I am so upset and really would appreciate your input. Thanks.

I copied my files this morning to a disk. Up till now, all has been fine with my computer- I recently downloaded the trial version of Firefox 3.5 beta and really loved it. When I finished backing up my data, Firefox would not open. The error message stated that was "already running but not responding". I restarted my computer several times, I even later uninstalled Firefox and then reinstalled it (didn't make any difference)- obviously, I went to Tech Support and after what they advised did not work, I resigned myself to the fact that there was no solution. I am not that computer saavy, but I was so distraught that I could not have Firefox (I HATE IE). Finally, I went and made a system restore (to a couple days ago) and then reinstalled FF and it works great again !! Any thoughts, comments, or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance...

What am I doing wrong when I play Hearts ?! I am always LOSING and I wondered if any experts out there could refer me to a good "strategy" source- there must something that I am doing that I constantly come in with the most points (I never thought I was a moron until this ...)
